PayPal eCheque Information
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!!
Please read this before paying from your bank account through PayPal

Some customers have asked why they haven't received their download link as soon as they have completed the payment section.

If you don't have a credit card or PayPal account, you can pay by eCheque, but this method will delay delivery of your download link until your funds have cleared.

What is an eCheque?
An eCheque is an electronic funds transfer that withdraws money directly from your bank account. It's just like writing a cheque, only it is done electronically. When you send money with an eCheque, the transaction will be held as pending for up to nine working days depending on which country your account is held in, until the electronic funds transfer has cleared your bank.

When you send money with an eCheque from a UK bank account, the transaction is held as pending for seven to nine working days, until the electronic funds transfer clears your bank
When you send money with an eCheque from a US bank account, the transaction is held as pending for three to four working days, until the electronic funds transfer clears your bank
When you send money with an eCheque from a Canadian bank account, the transaction is held as pending for seven to eight working days, until the electronic funds transfer clears your bank
When you send money with an eCheque from an Australian bank account, the transaction is held as pending for two to three business days, until the electronic funds transfer clears your bank.

How do I use eCheque?
Select eCheque as your payment method when you send money.

To pay by eCheque follow these steps:

H
ere's how:

* Log in to your PayPal account.
* Click the Send Money tab.
* Enter the required information.
* Click Continue
* Click the More Funding Options link.
* Select the eCheque radio button
* Click Continue
* Review the information and click Send Money to complete the transaction

The PayPal site doesn't make it clear that if you choose to pay from your bank account without selecting payment as eCheque it still defaults to the same payment method as eCheque.

Why should I use an eCheque?
When you use eCheque, you don't have to have a credit card or alternative funding source attached to your PayPal account. In addition, using eCheque means you won't incur credit card debt, since the money comes directly out of your bank account. eCheque is like writing a cheque, only faster and more secure.

If you have any further queries about how to pay, please do not hesitate to contact us.
